John is Chief Operating Officer at SET Environmental and brings over 33 years of successful operational leadership to our client's success.  He has a proven track record of establishing, and implementing operational processesas well as risk management and operational efficiency measures that enable our clients to achieve their goals. John is instrumental in ensuring that our teams have the tools and processes necessary to provide best in class service to our customers. He oversees the day-to-day operations of SET as well as providing strategic leadership to the organization.

John was formerly Chief Operating Office for the Europe & Asia Pacific regions of TD Bank in Toronto where he was responsible for all strategic initiatives, regulatory compliances and IT implementation for that region. 

John also ran operations for Goldman Sachs GSAM where he lead a team of over 500 associates in 7 countries.
