QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN
Quality is a critical component of all work performed at SET Environmental. Our Quality Assurance Plan integrates client’s goals and objectives with all of our processes to provide constant control and minimized risk to our customers throughout production for each project. Quality is ensured through the strategic alignment of personnel and the provision of effective processes, tools and resources.
At SET Environmental our primary goal is to provide consisten performance that ensures our client’s success. SET Environmental accomplish this goal, SET Environmental works closely with our client’s team, using analytical processes, techniques, and software that enables predictable, repeatable performance. We adhere to the Six Sigma model of defining, measuring, analyzing, improving and controlling (DMAIC) our processes on a continuous basis. The internal structure of team work, processes, and procedures at both the organizational and project levels are well-defined and visible, allowing for continuous internal process improvement. Our Quality process improves cost and schedule performance for our customers.
Our client’s goals and objectives are the milestones and key performance indicators (KPI) of every project, product or service we deliver. Refinement of our deliverables at every step in the process is a collaborative effort that engages our client’s key personnel in the formation and final production of our offerings. At SET Environmental, we partner with our customers and make every effort to identify key success factors (KSF) for every project, product and service we deliver as early in the process as possible. It is through this collaboration that SET Environmental is able to constantly improve our processes and most effectively align our offerings to meet the continuously changing needs of our clients and markets they serve.
